Beech Tree Cottage is a charming, two-story, two bedroom guest cottage, just steps from Main Street in the scenic village of Sag Harbor, NY, available to rent for weekends or week-long stays - year-round.

Sag Harbor is a beautiful and historic waterfront town, two hours east of New York City on the east end of Long Island ("the Hamptons"). In addition to picturesque scenery and classic New England architecture, Sag Harbor offers world class cultural activities - theater, restaurants, galleries, shopping, nightlife - as well as fabulous beaches, horseback riding, sailing, kayaking, fishing, golf, biking, nature walks and more. Beech Tree Cottage is centrally located and is an easy 5 minute walk to the village. The beach is a short drive or bike ride away. The owners are full-time residents of Sag Harbor, and live in the home on the other side of the shared garden. Beech Tree cottage has its own private entrance and parking space, and the deck is trellis-screened for guest privacy.
Rent is from $300-450 nightly, depending on the season, with a two night minimum (three night minimum for holiday weekends).

PLEASE NOTE: Until May 1, ONLY WEEKLY OR MONTHLY bookings will be accepted for summer dates. Thereafter, weekend reservations will be accepted subject to availability.

RESTRICTIONS & SPECIAL NOTES:
- 50% deposit required; 14 days notice cancellation policy (less $100 administration fee).
- Maximum 4 people, no shares or groups please.
- In high season, stays that encompass weekends must extend through Saturday night - no Saturday check-outs.
- BEECH TREE COTTAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR FULL SEASON RENTALS. We offer weekends and week-long rentals only.
- Sorry, no pets - no matter how well behaved or non-shedding. Thanks for your understanding.
- No smoking inside the cottage.
- PLEASE NOTE: Access to the bedrooms is via spiral staircase, which may be unsuitable for the elderly, infirm or very young children.
- We regret we are unable to provide beach passes, although we can direct you to one or two non-lifeguard local beaches which do not require parking permits. For more information on beach permits, please visit our FAQ and Local Info pages.
